Microsoft Gold Partner

We are very pleased to announce that Gordon Associates has just been awarded Gold Partner by Microsoft. This is in recognition of the quality of our work, the expertise of our staff and the increased range of our services. We are extremely grateful to both our customers - for providing references to Microsoft and taking the time to answer questionnaires - and also to our staff for putting in the hard work to study for the Microsoft certification exams and to demonstrate our expertise for our formal competencies in Data Management Solutions and Microsoft Business Solutions (CRM). Gordon Associates provides software solutions for awarding bodies: a CRM for Awarding Bodies solution (for sales & marketing, centre approvals and other processes for interfacing to centres), an awarding body management system (candidate registration through to certification) - and many other IT solutions such as bespoke systems development and web-site construction.

We have produced a couple of handy guides called MIAP On A Plate and DAS On A Plate. These documents provide the key information that an awarding body needs - all on 1 page! Go to If you would like any assistance in assessing how your systems can be linked to MIAP and/or DAS then please contact us.

Microsoft CRM User Group Meeting - Microsoft London

As chairman of the Microsoft CRM User Group, Gordon Associates is organising the next CRMUG meeting at Microsoft's new London offices on 22nd February. The program includes one of our clients, Sarah Boothroyd from Orchid Cellmark and she has kindly agreed to speak about our recent CRM project ... Orchid Cellmark is a leading provider of identity DNA testing services. The company is implementing a Microsoft CRM-based solution to support the business processes of the Human Identity division. This solution supports a complex contact relationship model helping staff to administer a case from enquiry through order placement, doctors appointments, sample collection, laboratory results to final report. Orchid Cellmark has recently upgraded to CRM V4 and Sarah will share some of the issues encountered and benefits that might be achieved. This session will cover a number of different topics such as system build procedures, mail merge, workflow and many more.
